Overview
Cyber Clinic was an Australian digital health company that operated an online mental health service. The platform connected people seeking support with registered mental health practitioners — psychologists, psychiatrists, mental health nurses, mental health social workers and counsellors — and delivered consultations by video rather than in person.
Its stated point of difference was matching on need and expertise instead of geography. A short intake questionnaire fed an automated matching step that proposed practitioners the company judged a close fit, with the aim of producing a match in under ten minutes. The service was delivered through consumer apps on iOS and Android alongside the website.
